All other personal data including medical notes and legal papers will be securely shredded in the case of paper, and deleted in the case of electronic data after the Final Hearing or last psychological follow-up therapy session in the case of non-legal matters. After seven years, all personal data including our own reports, will be deleted, unless basic information needs to be retained by us to meet any future obligations to you.
